Shauna Chin "I Was Not Deported" I Just Can't Return For A SpecificAmount Of Time

Shauna Chin is setting the record straight that she did not get deported from the United States after pleading guilty to drug charges but instead she ask the court to let her go back to Jamaica which the court allows. She also can't return to the U.S. For a certain period of time.

“I came home on my own,”

She continued, “I knew it would come out sooner or later. Once your in the spotlight, people will go digging, so I expected this. I am not ashamed. I paid my dues and returned home and at least mi nuh come back and worthless, so all who waa dig, gwaan dig,”.

Drug charges in the U.S. Is a. serious crime. If there is a plea deal, one can ask the judge to return to his or her country instead of going to jail and eventually be deported.

Regardless of what Chin is saying, the fact that she can't return to the U.S. for a certain amount of time, it still can be considered being deported.

According to immigration, they can start deportation case against you for any drug conviction unless the conviction is for simple possession for your own use of 30 grams or less of marijuana.
