Same Sex Marriage Is Not Accepted In Jamaica Despite Belize Ruling


The Belize Supreme Court, which stated that a law which criminalises intercourse between consenting adults of  the same sex is unconstitutional will have no effect on Jamaica buggery law. 

According to Reverend Harriott, he warned that the reaction of  Jamaicans to the court ruling that despite the legal moves, same sex marriage will not be accepted in the near future.
The Jamaica Coalition for a Healthy Society, has warned that Jamaica is next in line following yesterday's court ruling in Belize.
